If you have interacted with Most Loved through our website or WhatsApp and want us to delete your personal data, you may request deletion at any time. After verifying your identity, we will delete your information unless we are required to keep certain data for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
What data can be deleted
- Contact details (name, email, phone, shipping/billing address)
- Order and quote history stored in our systems
- WhatsApp conversation history we store (messages, media, timestamps)
- Account/profile information (if you created an account)
How to request deletion
Option A — Email
Send an email to mostloved1145@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Please include:
- Your full name
- Your email and phone number (including WhatsApp number)
- Any order or quote ID(s), if available
Option B — WhatsApp
From the same WhatsApp number you used with us, send a message saying DELETE MY DATA. We will follow up to verify your request.
Verification
We may ask you to confirm your contact details or provide recent order information to ensure we are deleting the correct data.
Timeline
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted, or we will inform you if certain data must be retained for legal or regulatory reasons.
Notes
- You can also opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP in the conversation.
- Certain records (for example, invoices or fraud-prevention data) may need to be retained as required by law, but we will minimize and restrict access to that data.
