Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL ITEMS.
Exchanges will be accepted ONLY for manufacturer defects.
Customers need to notify via email at mostloved1145@gmail.com within 3 days from the day the item was delivered.

Refuse and returned package.
Customers are required to pay for re-shipping cost of any of incorrect information submitted.

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at mostloved1145@gmail.com within 3 (three) days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 3 (three) days after receipt.

All items without our label can not be returned.

Exchange is only available on factory or manufacturer damage of the same purchased item. 

We do not provide return label.

We do not refund shipping amounts.

Pick up at 1145 Towne Ave Suite 5, Los Angeles CA 90021 usually takes 24-48 hours (orders on Friday or over the weekend available to pick up 24-48 hours starting following Monday)

We charge $10 handling fee on orders under $500.

Attention: Orders for USPS shipping, send a label with insurance for the value of the order. We are not responsible if the USPS fails to deliver or loses your package.
